CHNK Behavioral Health provides treatment services at three unique locations across the Northern Kentucky community. Many services can also be provided via telehealth; our admissions team can provide additional guidance about telehealth options when you or a loved one begins treatment.

Serving as our main campus out of which all our administrative services operate, the Devou Park campus includes:
Our historic administration building, a Hannaford & Sons-designed structure, boasts four floors of treatment, education, and administrative office space;
Three residential cottages for youth in our residential treatment programs;
Covington Independent Public Schools’ Transformational Learning Center;
An outdoor basketball court and fitness circuit;
An expansive front lawn for a variety of outdoor recreation opportunities.
Within walking distance, individuals in treatment also have access to a lake for fishing, an outdoor performance space that offers season musical performances, the Behringer-Crawford Museum (BCM), and multiple playgrounds, including BCM’s NaturePlay.
Both indoor and outdoor spaces are convenient for family visits with residents. Private meeting rooms provide confidentiality for admissions and treatment team meetings. All facilities are locked and require authorized access, while outdoor areas do not include a locked perimeter.
Burlington Campus
The Burlington campus of CHNK Behavioral Health can be found just past the Boone County Fairgrounds and the expansive England Idlewild Park. Our sprawling 58 acres of property include:
Two residential buildings for youth in our residential treatment programs; both fully renovated in 2021;
Classrooms, group rooms, and indoor recreation room.
Basketball court, soccer field, and baseball field;
Outdoor fitness course and other multi-purpose play, therapy, and quiet-time areas, as well as access to a fishing pond.
Both indoor and outdoor spaces are convenient for family visits. Private meeting rooms provide confidentiality for admissions and treatment team meetings. Residential units are locked. Entrance to the grounds requires authorized access. Perimeter fencing denotes private property, but does not ensure a locked perimeter.
Outpatient Services Center - Covington
For individuals receiving outpatient care at CHNK Behavioral Health, our location in downtown Covington provides easy access from Interstates 71/75 and offers complimentary off-street parking. The center is also easily accessed by public transit. A team of more than 30 health care professionals provide services out of the Fifth Street Center. Offices are located on the 2nd floor, and accommodate:
Individual and group meeting spaces;
Medical services including access to prescribing healthcare providers;
A variety of outpatient and case management services including substance use disorder care.
Community education events.
Outpatient Services Center – Grant County
The Carol and Bob Griffin Outpatient Center in Williamstown, KY (Grant County) makes a variety of treatment options more accessible to residents of Kentucky and southern Indiana. Conveniently located in the center of the Louisville / Lexington / Cincinnati triangle and less than an hour from the Ohio River crossing to Vevay, IN, the Williamstown outpatient office can meet the needs of thousands of area residents in area counties in the following ways:
Individual and group therapy, including substance use disorder care
Medication management
Case management services
Community education events
